In individual relationship counseling Jenny Olin meets with you one-on-one. She helps you identify the non-functional pattern that you, with others, repeat over and over again. No matter where the problem started or who started it, she helps you discover what you can do to break this negative cycle and restore a feeling of health and well-being within yourself. By ending your role in the negative cycle, your painful symptoms are likely to disappear. In addition, you discover which relationships are worth pursuing and which ones you want to end.
